AutomateNexus

Enterprise · Security-first delivery

Automation at enterprise scale.

Complex multi-system integrations, strict compliance requirements, and processes that cannot fail. We bring military-grade discipline to enterprise automation — SOC 2– and HIPAA-aware builds, SSO, self-hosted deployment — without the enterprise timeline.

First value

Weeks, not quarters

Deployment

Self-hosted or your cloud

Identity

SSO via your IdP

Ownership

Yours — keys included

Capabilities

Built for the complicated cases.

Cross-department workflows, governed centrally.

Multi-system integration

01

ERP, CRM, HRIS, and legacy systems connected to modern AI infrastructure — cross-departmental workflows automated without rip-and-replace migrations.

AI agents at scale

02

Multi-agent systems handling mission-critical processes across departments, from data analysis to decision support, on infrastructure that scales with transaction volume.

Legacy system automation

03

Mainframes, custom databases, and older ERPs extended through API development, database connectors, and middleware — their value kept, not replaced.

Compliance-aware workflows

04

Automated audit trails, policy enforcement, exception handling, and compliance reporting designed around SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and GDPR obligations.

Executive reporting

05

Real-time dashboards and custom executive reporting that demonstrate automation ROI in the language your board reads: cycle times, cost per process, error rates.

Mission-critical reliability

06

Redundant systems, automatic failover, real-time monitoring, and disaster-recovery planning built into every deployment that cannot afford a bad day.

Security posture

Security is the floor, not a feature.

Founder-led, veteran-owned.
Discipline is the product.

/ 01

Encryption

At rest and in transit, on every system we touch. Key management stays in your hands.

/ 02

Access control

Role-based access, least privilege by default, SSO integration with your identity provider — Okta, Entra, Google Workspace.

/ 03

Audit trails

Every automated action logged, attributable, and exportable. Your auditors get answers, not shrugs.

/ 04

Compliance-aware builds

SOC 2– and HIPAA-aware architecture from day one: we design to your framework and hand your compliance team the documentation to prove it.

Your perimeter

Self-hosted by default.

n8n, NocoDB, Activepieces —
inside your VPC or data center.

Most automation vendors route your data through their cloud. We do the opposite: the orchestration layer, databases, and agents run inside your VPC or data center, on open-source platforms you control. Your security team reviews the architecture before anything ships; your data never crosses a perimeter you did not approve.

Access is governed by your identity provider through SSO, with role-based permissions and least privilege as the default. AI model calls use your own enterprise API agreements — including private endpoints where your provider offers them — so usage, spend, and data handling stay under your existing contracts.

Dedicated delivery

A team that stays.

The people who design it
are the people who build it.

01

A named team

Automation engineers and a solution architect assigned to your account — the same people, end to end. No rotating cast of consultants.

02

Enterprise results, not enterprise timelines

Phased rollouts that put quick wins in production within weeks while the full deployment lands in months — not the 12–18 the big firms quote.

03

Quarterly strategy reviews

Executive-level reviews of what shipped, what it returned, and what to automate next — with SLAs and response expectations agreed in writing.

04

You still own everything

The same rule as every engagement: open-source foundations, your keys, your infrastructure. Vendor lock-in is a security risk too.

Questions

Enterprise questions, answered

Can the system run entirely inside our infrastructure?

Yes. Self-hosted deployment is our default recommendation for enterprise: the automation platform, databases, and orchestration run in your cloud or on-premises environment. Data never has to leave your perimeter.

Do you support SSO?

Yes — we integrate with your identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace) so access to every automation surface is governed by the same policies as the rest of your stack.

Are you SOC 2 certified?

We build SOC 2– and HIPAA-aware systems: architecture, controls, logging, and documentation designed to fit inside your existing compliance program and survive your auditors. We are precise about this language — ask us anything in the security review.

How do you handle legacy systems?

Legacy integration is a specialty. We connect modern AI automation to mainframes, custom databases, and older ERP systems through APIs, database connectors, and middleware — extending their value without forcing a replacement project.

What does an engagement look like?

Most enterprise clients start with a scoped pilot: one department, one high-value process, production results in weeks. The pilot de-risks the larger rollout and gives your team a working reference before wider commitment.

What about ongoing support?

Enterprise engagements include monitoring, alerting, and documented runbooks at handoff, with managed support plans available — up to 1-hour critical response and dedicated account management.

Where we go from here

De-risk it with a pilot.

One department, one high-value process, production results in weeks. The pilot gives your security team a real architecture to review and your executives a real number to judge — before any wider commitment.

No subscription.

No lock-in.

No surprise invoices.
