AutomateNexus was founded in 2025 by Erin Moore — a U.S. Army veteran with an Executive MBA, an MS in Data Science, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. After years of watching small businesses overpay for automation platforms that locked them into monthly fees, he built the agency around a simple principle: you pay once, you own everything, and you never get a surprise subscription bill.
