01

A 30-minute call

No pitch deck. We talk through where your team's hours actually go — the copy-paste, the re-keying, the reports nobody wants to build.

02

A free audit, if you want one

We map your workflows, rank automation opportunities by payback, and hand you the findings. Yours to keep, whether or not we build.

03

A proposal with a fixed price

One number, one scope, one timeline — typically live in 30 days. No retainer, no subscription, no surprise invoices.

Questions

Before you book

Is the consultation really free?

Yes — thirty minutes, no obligation, no card. If there's no fit, we'll say so on the call and point you in a better direction.

Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?

No. The technical work — mapping, building, integrating, testing — is what a build delivers, and it ships with documentation written for whoever inherits it. What we need from your side is someone who can answer questions about how the work actually happens today, and one person with authority to approve what goes live. Most clients have never run an automation project before.

How long does implementation take?

Most builds go live in about 30 days, through five phases: Discover, Design, Build, Launch, Optimize. Week one is process mapping with no code. Simple single-workflow builds can ship in as little as five days through the pilot. The timeline holds when the process is stable and someone on your side can answer questions; it slips when discovery finds a process nobody agrees on, which is worth the delay.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Small and mid-sized businesses whose teams spend a meaningful share of the week on repetitive admin — service businesses, clinics, law practices, contractors, e-commerce operators, property managers, accounting firms and agencies. The common thread is a manual loop held together by one person's memory. If that sounds like yours, the free audit will find where the payback is.

What if I need ongoing support?

Support plans are available but never required — you own the automation, the credentials, and the documentation, so you're never locked into us to keep it running.
