Is AutomateNexus an official Claude partner?
Yes. We've been accepted into Anthropic's Claude Partner Program, and our team has completed Claude certification training. That means we build on Claude the way Anthropic intends — with current best practices for prompting, tool use, agent design, and evaluation.
Do I need my own Anthropic account?
Yes, and that's the point. We build on a BYOK (bring-your-own-keys) model: you create your own Anthropic account and pay Anthropic directly at their published rates — usually $30–$150/month for a typical workload. No markup sitting between you and the bill, and you own the keys.
Which Claude model will my build use?
Whichever fits the job. We use Claude Opus where reasoning quality matters most, Sonnet as the balanced default for most workflows, and Haiku for high-volume, well-scoped tasks. Because it's your account, you can change models any time — no rebuild required.
Can you mix Claude with other tools?
Always. Claude is the reasoning core, but a real build also touches n8n or Make for orchestration, your CRM, your calendar, and your databases. We're also an official Zapier partner, so we wire Claude into whatever stack you already run.
Is Claude safe to put in front of customers?
It's one of the reasons we standardized on it. Anthropic builds Claude to be steerable, honest about uncertainty, and resistant to going off-script. We add guardrails, human-review checkpoints on anything customer-facing, and evaluation that keeps the system honest in production.
