Which is better for a company, Claude or ChatGPT?
Both work. The choice usually comes down to which connects better to the tools you already use and which your staff already prefer. We recommend one in the free audit and say why.
Who pays for the subscription?
You do, directly to the provider, on a team plan in the company's name. Our fee covers the setup, the policy and the training.
Is client data used to train the model?
Team and business plans from both providers offer settings that exclude your data from training. We set those and record the configuration in your policy.
Can it reach our practice management or accounting system?
Only where a connector exists. If your system has none, that is a separate build: the company systems connector.
How long does it take?
Days, not months. The timeline is fixed with the price before we start.
