A Grok Bot pilot with the guardrails built in
Grok Bot runs an agent in the background that signs in to your apps and keeps working. That is useful, and it is new. We set one up for a single defined job, limit what it can reach, and review what it actually did.

Read this first
Grok Bot is in beta. We set it up for non-confidential work only — not client files, tax records or patient information.
Who it is for
Built for businesses where this is true
You want to try it without betting the company
One agent, one job, with a clear answer at the end about whether it earned its place.
The job is repetitive and not confidential
Monitoring public sources, drafting routine updates, tidying a shared inbox, preparing research. Work where a mistake is cheap to catch.
Someone has already started using it alone
A partner or manager has connected it to their own accounts. You want that brought under rules before it spreads.
How it works
What happens, in order
Pick the job
01We choose one task with you, and write down what done looks like and what the agent must never touch.
Give it its own logins
02The agent gets separate accounts with the least access that does the job. It does not borrow a person's credentials.
Write its instructions
03Plain rules for what it may do alone, what needs a person's approval, and when it should stop and ask.
Run it and watch
04It works for an agreed period while we check its activity against the rules.
Review and decide
05You get a written account of what it did, where it went wrong, and our recommendation to keep, change or switch it off.
What you keep
You keep the system, the accounts and the data. We hand over the keys.
- Everything runs in accounts your business owns
- Your own AI provider keys, billed to you directly
- Documentation and staff training included
- No required retainer; the $350/month care plan is optional
Questions
Grok Bot pilot — questions
What is Grok Bot?
An always-on AI agent from the makers of Grok. It has its own cloud computer, signs in to the apps you connect, and carries on with tasks in the background.
Why only non-confidential work?
The product is in beta. Until its controls and audit records mature, we do not connect it to client files, tax records or patient information. For that work we recommend a private AI workspace.
Who holds the subscription?
You do. The agent runs in your account, and you can revoke its access at any time.
Can this grow into something bigger?
Yes. If the pilot works, the usual next step is more agents under the same rules, or a build that connects the agent to your own systems with proper permissions.
