- Scope is agreed in writing before we start. Minor adjustments during the build are included; post-delivery changes bill at our standard hourly rate.
- We build on n8n, Make.com, and custom API integrations — open source or tools you already own. Never on proprietary platforms that charge ongoing fees.
- You provide access credentials to the tools we're connecting (via a secure form) and one 20-minute scoping call. That's it.
- $500 is collected only after the discovery call confirms we're a fit. You won't be charged until scope is agreed.
