Her expertise spans agentic automation, LLM workflows, and multimodal AI pipelines—having delivered over 40% efficiency gains for clients through well-designed AI solutions.

With hands-on experience in Salesforce AI/Einstein, Hugging Face, KNIME, Power BI, Python, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, Shreya bridges the gap between technical capability and business value. Shreya holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Nottingham Trent University and a Diploma in Computer Science from CT University.
