The same data drives variable-rate fertilizer recommendations, predictive harvest timing models, and automated inventory management for farm supplies. The owner sees the whole operation on one dashboard instead of reconstructing it from notebooks.

Crop yields rose 27% in the first full season as inputs started matching field-level conditions instead of averages. Water usage fell 34% and fertilizer costs dropped 21% — sustainability gains that read directly as margin.

Harvest timing accuracy improved 42%, which compounds everything else: crops come in at peak value with less weather loss. The operation now makes expansion decisions from data, and the system scales with the acreage.
