The university's enrollment process required manual handoffs across admissions, financial aid, the registrar, and academic departments. Documents were emailed, printed, re-scanned, and occasionally lost outright. An application could sit in a departmental inbox for days before anyone knew it was stalled.

We created an enrollment automation platform that guides applicants through each step, validates and routes documents to the right department automatically, and tracks every application's status in real time.
Applicants get a self-service portal showing exactly where they stand and what is needed next, with automatic notifications at each milestone. Staff get the same visibility from the other side, plus alerts when an application stalls anywhere in the pipeline.
