Agency, a new hire, or do it yourself?

Which one are you

When each is the right call

Do it yourself for simple things

A form that creates a CRM record, or a reminder email, does not need us. The tools are good and the instructions are public.

Hire when the work never ends

If you have enough automation work to fill someone's week every week, a good in-house person will serve you better than any agency.

Use an agency for a defined system

When a workflow crosses several systems, has exceptions and has to be right, a fixed-price build gets it done and documented without adding a salary.

Questions

Questions

Can we start ourselves and bring you in later?

Yes. We regularly take over and finish systems that staff started. We keep what works.

Will you train our staff to maintain it?

Yes. Training and handover documentation are part of every build.

Do you take a commission from the tools you recommend?

Tool subscriptions are in your name and paid by you. We tell you if we have a partner relationship with a vendor we recommend.

Where we go from here

Not sure which fits? Ask.

The free audit ends in a written plan with a fixed price. If a subscription tool or a hire would serve you better, the plan will say so.
