A Private Business-Intelligence Layer for a Moving Company
Designed to unlock operational data trapped in a closed platform, into a system the company owns and can query in plain language.
Client — Growing moving and logistics company
Status — In design, not yet deployed
/ Engagement status
In design — no deployment results to report yet.
/ 01 · The challenge
A growing moving company's operational data was locked inside a case-management platform with no practical way to get it out. The business could not analyze its own operations or ask straightforward questions of its own records.
The constraint was not technical curiosity — it was that decisions about a growing business were being made without access to the evidence the business itself had generated.
/ 02 · The build
We designed a private business-intelligence layer that ingests information from across the business — communications, meetings, and operational records — into a system the team can query in plain language to surface trends and patterns.
It runs on infrastructure the company owns, which is the point: the answer to data trapped in someone else's platform is not a different platform.
/ 03 · The results
This engagement is in design and has not yet been deployed, so there are no delivery results to report.
The design gives the business queryable visibility into how it actually operates, and an evidence base for larger operational decisions — turning records that were previously locked away into an asset the company controls.
