/ What changed

A 130+ page rebuild that kept every ranking page, added live Google reviews, and put content editing in the owner's hands.

/ 01 · The challenge

The company's marketing site was dated, slow, and untouchable — every text change needed a developer, so the site drifted out of date while the business moved on. A rebuild couldn't be a blank-slate exercise: years of service, pest-library, and service-area pages carried the search visibility the business depends on, and losing them meant losing the phone calls.

There was also a deadline hiding in the project: carrier registration for the company's business texting had been rejected because the required opt-in disclosures didn't exist anywhere on the brand's own domain — so the website was quietly blocking the communications system.

/ 02 · The build

We rebuilt the site as a fast, modern, mobile-first property — over 130 pages mirroring the original structure page for page, so every service, pest, and service-area URL that had earned search standing kept it. Live Google reviews are pulled in automatically with a graceful fallback, and the design carries the company's real photos and plain-spoken, no-contracts positioning rather than a template's.

Then we made it the owner's: a custom admin portal lets him edit any page's text and swap images himself — changes go live in minutes, no developer in the loop — while the site's structure stays protected so an edit can never break a page or its search standing. We also built the texting-compliance page that carriers required, unblocking the company's business-SMS registration, and moved the code and hosting into accounts the company owns.

/ 03 · The results

The new site is live on the company's domain: faster, current, and finally editable by the person who runs the business. Search-earned pages carried over intact rather than starting from zero, reviews update themselves, and the compliance page cleared the carrier registration that had been holding up the company's texting.

It's the second system we've delivered for this client — it runs alongside the communications and dispatch platform above, on infrastructure the company controls end to end.
